WHAT TO DO WHEN SERVICE IS REQUIRED

If you experience an issue with your Polaroid Zip, Please contact Technical Support via email first, then phone. If your Polaroid Zip photoprinter is defective, you will be provided with a warranty exchange for up to a year after the original date of purchase.

If a warranty replacement of your Polaroid Zip photoprinter is required, you will need to provide the following:

  1. Copy of original reciept of purchase
  2. A description of the problem
  3. Your return address and telephone number (Daytime)

Once you submit this information, you will be issued an RMA number. Upon receipt of your defective Polaroid Zip photoprinter, you will be issued a warranty replacement.
